Data we collect and purposes

  • Contact form (name, e-mail, message): to reply, legitimate interest.
  • Audience measurement (Google Analytics 4): only with consent, legal basis: consent.
  • Cookieless visit counting (Cloudflare Web Analytics): no visitor identification, legitimate interest.
  • Technical data (host): site security and operation, legitimate interest.

Cookies

No measurement cookie is set without your consent. Visit counting by Cloudflare Web Analytics uses no cookie and does not identify visitors. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookies” link in the footer.

  • Strictly necessary technical storage: remembers your choice, exempt from consent.
  • Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_<id>): 13 months, set only after consent.

Recipients and transfers

Your data is neither sold nor shared. Processors:

  • Resend (USA): delivery of e-mails sent from the contact form.
  • Google (USA): Analytics / Tag Manager, if consented.
  • Sanity (EU): CMS, does not process visitor data.
  • Cloudflare (USA): site hosting and cookieless visit counting.

Transfers outside the EU are covered by the Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention and your rights

  • Contact form messages: up to 3 years after the last exchange
  • Google Analytics cookies and data: 13 months maximum.
  • Host technical logs: according to Cloudflare’s retention policy
